1. Definitions and Scope

1.1 "The Platform" refers to KangaAU and the website located at kangaau.store, together with any subdomains, mobile interfaces and related services operated by KangaAU.

1.2 "The Player" or "the Member" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers, deposits or otherwise uses any KangaAU service.

1.3 "AUD" refers to Australian Dollars, which is the single supported currency for KangaAU accounts. All deposits, withdrawals, balances and bonus values are denominated in AUD.

1.4 These Terms apply in conjunction with the Privacy Policy, the Bonus Terms, the Disclaimer and the Responsible Gambling page. Where any conflict arises between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age. The player must be aged 18 years or older at the time of registration. KangaAU does not provide services to anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances. The Platform reserves the right to request age verification at any time.

2.2 Residence and Eligibility. KangaAU services are offered to adult players in Australia. The Platform may decline registration or restrict access for any individual whose residence or eligibility does not meet the Platform's operational requirements.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each player may hold only one KangaAU account. Multiple accounts created by the same individual are not permitted. Accounts linked by the same household, IP address, device, payment method or other shared identifiers may be subject to additional review where duplicate-account or bonus-abuse risk is suspected.

2.4 Accurate Information. Members must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and must update that information when changes occur. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for account suspension or closure.

2.5 Account Security. The member is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. KangaAU is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by inadequate password security or shared credentials.

3. Verification and Know Your Customer (KYC)

3.1 Right to Verify. KangaAU reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any member at any time, including (but not limited to) government-issued identification, proof of address documentation and proof of ownership of any payment instrument used.

3.2 Verification Triggers. Verification may be requested at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal, in response to unusual account activity, where bonus eligibility requires confirmation, or where the Platform considers verification appropriate.

3.3 Cooperation Required. The member agrees to provide verification documents promptly when requested. Withdrawals, bonus eligibility and ongoing account access may be suspended pending successful completion of verification.

3.4 Account-Holder Consistency. The name on the registered KangaAU account must match the name on payment instruments used to deposit and withdraw. Mismatches may result in withdrawal review delay or rejection until the discrepancy is resolved.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Personal Payment Methods Only. Members must deposit and withdraw using payment instruments registered in their own name. Third-party payments — including transfers from a different person's bank account or payment instrument — are not permitted and may result in withdrawal hold, account suspension or forfeiture of the affected funds.

4.2 AUD Currency. All KangaAU accounts operate in Australian Dollars (AUD). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in AUD only.

4.3 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal. The minimum deposit amount is AUD 10. The minimum withdrawal amount is AUD 50. Maximum withdrawal limits, daily caps and bonus-related withdrawal conditions may apply as outlined in the Bonus Terms, Payment Methods, and the Withdrawal pages.

4.4 Withdrawal Review. Withdrawal requests are subject to operational review, verification of account-holder consistency, completion of any applicable bonus turnover and general anti-fraud checks. Processing time may vary depending on review outcome and payment channel availability.

4.5 Withdrawal Caps and Conditions. KangaAU may apply withdrawal caps, campaign-specific payout conditions or bonus-related withdrawal limits where stated in the relevant promotion rules, Bonus Terms or account review notice. Members should review the applicable terms before claiming or withdrawing from any bonus-linked balance.

5. Anti-Fraud and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the KangaAU Platform. Any breach may result in account suspension or closure, void winnings, forfeiture of bonus balances, recovery of affected funds and where appropriate, further action in accordance with platform policy and applicable procedures.

  • Multiple Account Abuse: Creating, registering or operating more than one KangaAU account per individual, household, device or payment method.
  • Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotion mechanics through coordinated play, low-risk wagering patterns, multi-account structures or any pattern designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
  • Arbitrage and Guaranteed-Value Patterns: Using bet structures intended to lock in guaranteed value through coordinated play across the Platform or with external operators.
  • Use of Bots, Scripts or Automation: Automated play, bot-driven account access, scripts that manipulate game logic or any non-human play mechanism.
  • VPN or Identity Masking: Use of VPNs, proxies or any technical means to misrepresent location, identity or device fingerprint with the intent to bypass eligibility rules.
  • Money Laundering: Use of the Platform for any purpose involving the conversion, layering or movement of funds linked to unlawful activity.
  • Third-Party Payment Use: Funding deposits with payment instruments not registered in the member's own name.
  • False Information: Providing false, misleading or impersonated information during registration, verification or any account activity.
  • Disruption of Platform Operation: Any attempt to interfere with normal Platform function, security, payment processing or service availability.

5.1 Right to Suspend or Close. KangaAU reserves the right to suspend or close any account where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected. Funds resulting from prohibited activity may be voided, withheld or recovered to the extent permitted.

5.2 Bonus Abuse Reference. Bonus-specific abuse rules — including stacking restrictions, eligibility limits and forfeiture conditions — are detailed in the Bonus Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service Provided "As Is". The KangaAU Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. KangaAU makes no representation or warranty regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the absence of technical issues.

6.2 No Liability for Outages. KangaAU is not liable for losses arising from technical glitches, internet outages, third-party service failures, browser incompatibility, device malfunction or user-side connection issues.

6.3 No Liability for Third-Party Content. The Platform may include or link to content provided by third parties. KangaAU is not responsible for the accuracy, security or privacy practices of any external websites, payment providers or game providers beyond what is directly within KangaAU's operational control.

6.4 Player Responsibility. The member acknowledges that all play activity is undertaken at the member's own risk and that gambling outcomes are not guaranteed.

7. Dispute Resolution and Contact

7.1 Filing a Complaint. Any member dispute, complaint or formal enquiry should be submitted in writing to support@kangaau.store. The submission should include the registered account email, a clear description of the issue and any supporting information relevant to the case.

7.2 Review Process. Complaints are reviewed by the KangaAU support and operations team. Response time may vary depending on case complexity, verification needs and the volume of supporting documentation required.

7.3 Good Faith. Both KangaAU and the member agree to engage in dispute resolution in good faith and to attempt resolution through written communication before escalating to any external body.

7.4 Contact. For all dispute, complaint or general enquiry contact details, please refer to the Contact Us page.
